a huge parking lot and tall building across from HEB will be super ugly and start making Bellaire look like Houston. Stop chasing revenue at the expense of destroying the city.

I’m more worried about the massive houses that are allowed to be built on these lots. They are a lot more intrusive than a building in a commercial area. Today’s builders build them as close to the back fence line as they can get. I think that’s what’s ruining Bellaire.
